Australian CEO / Board Secretary

Dale joined Reach Beyond (formerly HCJB) as CEO in February 2009 after eleven years with Focus on the Family Australia.

Dale’s early career was with the Victoria Police where he served for over ten years including five years in the CIB. On leaving the police force he attended Tabor College in Adelaide where he studied counselling, completing a BA and Graduate Diploma. He also has a Masters of Social Science majoring in Pastoral counselling. Dale recently attended Stanford University participating in a short course for Non Profit leaders from around the world.

Dale is married to Cheryl and they have three children.
